You never have to have financing just to look at a home, however it is always great to know what you can afford, and what you can spend so you can look at the right homes, in your price range.
As your Realtor I will help you through every process of buying a home.
The first place you can check on financing is with your current bank, see what they have to offer. Remember though finding a bank should be just like going shopping, you want to check around, not only do interest rates, and closing costs differ, but so does customer service. You want to find a banker that is willing to work with you throughout the whole process. Be ready to answer your questions, and my questions when we are ready to make an offer.
